ground up. It is his philosophy that almost any problem you have under saddle can be fixed or improved by doing groundwork exercises to gain more respect and responsiveness. 

Because most training issues tend to arise from either fear or a lack of respect, Justin helps you differentiate between the two with the goal of having a horse that is soft, supple, and responsive.
